ในการประสานงานข้ามหน่วยงาน ถ้าอยากให้งานของเราเร็วขึ้น ลองคิดทางเลือกเผื่อทีมอื่นๆ ดู แต่ย้ำว่า จะทำแบบนี้ได้ ต้องเข้าใจหน่วยงานนั้นๆ ดีในระดับหนึ่งก่อน และพิจารณาด้วยว่า สิ่งที่เราคิดนั้น ถ้าเป็นเราทำ เราจะทำได้หรือไม่

Making Cross-functional works with other departments, if we want to haste our tasks, try preparing choices of works for them. To be able to prepare those choices, ones must understand other departments up to one certain degree. Keep in mind that for the choices we offer, will it be practical if we were the one to do them.
